MY ASSERTION THAT NNVC IS NOT A SCAM
is not an assumption. Rather it is an observation supported by the lack of evidence that there is a scam. The burden of proof is on those alleging a scam. Not the other way around.

It is impossible to prove a negative. I can't prove NO SCAM. But I can cite the lack of evidence that there has been a scam.

The burden is on you to prove a scam. In my opinion, neither you nor anyone else has done this. What you have done is point to failure. Failure does not equal scam.

All investors who invested in NNVC, and I include myself in this group also failed. We failed to give sufficient weight to the risks.
