Gotta disagree a bit here...too many good things happening from too many LARGE, RESPECTABLE sources, with proof to back them up. Audited financials are only a formality IMHO. Smart money always plays smart, and if there is a gift horse staring you in the face, then it is a smart thing to grab it while you can, especially at a lower price. JMHO
