The money is coming off the backs of the investors, it has for the last 2 months. I'm sure this deal has been in the works for a while and he knew he was going to need money quick to make it happen. That's why there was no quarterly financial filed this go-around, it would have revealed this. He was on time the past 3 QTRs...so one should then ask themselves...why did he miss this one?

Why do you think the pps wasn't taking off with all these distribution announcements in June and July? It because he was milking (diluting) these pumps to obtain the funds to support this and who knows what else; plus stock insider was getting their share of the pot he gave them for the pump. The big problem I have with this A$$ of a CEO is that Goober could have waited a little longer to fund this endeavor with the Mobeego sales instead of investor backs AND that he deceived everyone in saying he's got the shareholder value in mind...Bullcrap! Then he starts giving away shares. Note that the Board of Directors creation was made public through a 8-K filing, not a PR because it showed shares being given away. So it's been a month, has the board met or are they too busy selling their free 750k shares that were available for immediate sale.

The deception continues.
