The chances of that is zero (0) Why is that you might ask? Well, the court proceedings are not finished yet, Disposed does not mean dismissed. How do I know that you might ask? Well, He's still out on bail... If ALL legal proceedings was over he would not still be out on bail, that money would have already been returned to him. Hope that helped
