There is a lot going on with TALK. Here's a quick summary.

TALK acquired the subsidiary United Mobile Solutions. UMS is a master dealer for T-Mobile. They grew very fast and had 17 million in revenue for 2014. However they accumulated a lot of debt and had to go into Chapter 11....That is UMS not TALK.

Since then they have been reducing costs drastically and have now opened 21 new T-mobile and Metro PCS stores. Settlements are now being finalized for well under the amount originally owed. Once all is settled we should be seeing some news and filings detailing the affiliation with T-mobile and Metro PCS.
