To be fair, BE on the other board made the valid point that if proceeds from the stolen shares never reached MDMN accounts, there is a very good chance of getting the shares back.
This has clear legal precedent and offers some hope.
Those whose shares were stolen from nper may be waiting a long time however...


It seems that that is what HR is suggesting.

I worry that the uber-optimistic MDMN rumor mill is once again setting stockholders up for a letdown.

Les is as slimy as they come, you have to wonder if he's in a hidey-hole somewhere in Saskatchewan.

I would be interested in any specific theory as to how exactly MDMN stockholders can expect redress?
