Black gold has jumped more than 4% on word of an OPEC deal to freeze production beginning in November. The move has set off a major rally in the energy sector (XLE +3.7%), which in turn has dragged the S&P 500 (SPY +0.3%) and DJIA (DIA +0.4%) back into positive territory.
