good point...so maybe the commons dont get wiped out and there is a middle ground here to reorganize where a certain number of commons gives you a share in the new issue..kind of like an R/S but with the debt restructuring built into it....if this company can't find a business plan forward with this product line with all of the liberalization of the mj then so be it but i think you are right...might be more to this
