I find it interesting when people who don't understand how science and engineering work make statements like:

How perplexing!!!

It's not like NNVC has to go back to the drawing board, or to square one, when a minor redesign or reworking of a ligand or the micelles is done.

Everything they learned from the previous scale-up steps, the design steps, and from the things that worked partially well but for where there was recognized room for improvement,... gets rolled into those redesign efforts.
