WESC started out at 003 today and on very light volume for this 1066% move.

CSTU started out at 003 8-18-16, was around 04 at noon and closed around 08 for a 2000%+ gain on the day.

Next day, CSTU opened up 100%+ at 09, touched .60.

What I am getting at is there is a very similar situation with WESC today as that one.
