I find it incredible that Kevin Serrano doesn't have the guts to come out and say ! I did not have a soft opening last weekend because I owe money to the Board of Equalization and as soon as I clear this problem I can open the BREW House. He has had 15 months to solve this problem. Kevin you expect people to invest in UPZS.
