Increase the Theracour overhead from 30% to 40%. That will increase the amount you and Diwan wash through Theracour by almost $1M/year

Investors will applaud you for doing so, so it will look like a "win-win".

Or put another way, each 10% to Theracour represents a doubling of the compensation you get through NNVC, while only reducing the lifespan of the company by a month.
