No, I believe the story is that the mag is the kids and Tony convinced him it would be a good idea to take it public vis an OTC shell.

Tony took control of the company, however. You know.... since Tony is such a success with his OTC companies. (snicker)

It was probably either go public or go bankrupt.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
