SCAM is an assumption You Are Making.

I do not assume NNVC is a scam. In fact, the facts speak to the contrary. I see it as a high-risk investment, for which the appropriate warnings were given. It is now appearing increasingly likely that they will not be able to overcome the technical hurdles to arrive at their stated objective.

I agree the company is not being forthright about these obstacles and I still hope they will in their PR. However, the 10K is CANDID ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. I believe that is why the company has chosen not to make a PR about the issuance of the 10K.

From your question, I gather you not familiar with how technological development work. The devil lives in the details. I suspect that NNVC has run into details that they nor anyone else could have envisioned.

The notion that NNVC was begun as a scam to fleece investors is so unlikely as to lead a rational investor to assign that possibility a zero probability.
