Old Stoy CFO...Bob Stewart was removed (more than a year ago) as the stoy cfo when the allegations against his son and bob hit in 2015.....his son was convicted on some alleged charges but I believe Bob Stewart was not....Mark Meyers CEO was completely unaware of Bob's private life with his son and acted quickly and in the best interest of the shareholders...by removing Bob as active CFO during and after the investigation. Sounds like a grounded CEO to me...cheers...ziggy
