ZONX needs to update shareholders - been way too long. They also need to address the potential reverse split option. Ideally a cancellation of this option would be a positive statement to both current and potential future investors. If it is not cancelled it would be appropriate why they feel it would be in the best interest of current shareholders - who by my account would experience serious dilution. Noting that the Board has a fiduciary responsibility - entrusting in good faith with the investment of common shareholders - why would a reverse split be in common shareholders best interest. It is time for an update to address the stock structure, business activity, status of plans previously laid out, status of amazon deal, advertising partner relationships, churn, subscriber revenue etc.
