2014 Finra allowed the name and symbol change, no matter of 2013 they did not file, this was one year of filings only.

And now a new company took over and Finra did not allow a corporate change.

Finra made 2 years ago a mistake and now doesn´t allow it again and asked for the filings from 2013, a company which deregistered 2014.

TRON is in a worse situation! I have many examples and you will see how right i´m here and if you buy these hijacked shells which deregistered too late, this problem will repeat.

A worthless merger in a hijacked shell, with no assets, no revenue and con-man behind who hides that he is the real ceo.
