What would you do if you were big money or big pharma and you saw a small cap with technology that would revolutionize medicine in the next decade?

Would you pat them on the head and give them plenty of money for research or would you try to strangle them by restricting access to capital and hope you could buy them out?

Geron has a poison pill. They can't be bought out now because they have the IP, the university partnerships, Chinese partnership, and animal cloning division. They also have no debt and a nice nest egg.

It was different a few years back, and attempts to hold them down would explain the current stock price.
