Thanks Get Rich, I appreciate your response. With due respect, so GE will sell 3d printing machines with no quality control (even though they helped develop it for years)and no ability to charge customers for this software and ongoing licensing. That would put them at a disadvantage to eos, etc.

The third party qualification I understand but they don't care about that for their customers. That is their customers responsibility. There customers will have to get a third party no matter what. They will want to sell printers that compete with others. And also as far as FAA certification GE has been granted permission to certify their own parts under limited supervision of faa. So it comes back for me that why wouldn't they buy sglb as I said in previous post.
The reason I am thinking of this is I am actually against sglb selling out at the current market cap or even a premium because many including myself would lose money. I just hope we develop the third party role and grow before being bought out.
Again this is all speculation and pie in the sky but who knew GE was going to buy SLM or Arcam.

Maybe I am still off base on this don't know.
