It is correct that the rent won't show on the fins till next year but the money is PAID to CGRA this year.

I don't believe CGRA cares about when things show on the fins. They have millions in bond and cash and are not pressed by anyone or anything to rush to PR stuff prematurely.

I believe CGRA cares about its strategic expansion at this point and it is doing a great job on that part so far.

That rental income will not appear on paper until mid February...
