They can be " called back" but they would get paid for. You can't just magically make them disappear...
And now this price is a new ATL... which means anyone but Cowen is losing money on them... But the oddest part is I see the ask keep dropping, yet people keep snapping them up each time the ask drops. If interest is increasing, the ask should too. Not Drop.
I get the feeling some OTC MM is stuck here, and trying to take it down to shake lose shares. Problem is they keep dropping the ask, selling short, hoping someone cuts and runs, but they are just digging there hole deeper.
Who's got the bigger balls? I'm ready to find out.... take it to the teens!! I'll keep buying!!
