Please define "Good Data" and "Partnership" because Peregrine has had both and look how those "Partnerships" have helped increase shareholder value.

Clowns are running the company in a manner to only benefit themselves. Even with the many stumbles and miss-steps over the past decade, the same BOD and Management Team still maintain their jobs. Nothing is going to change when there is a group of completely INEPT and INEXPERIENCED group at the helm.
