It looks like you seem to be a very impatient person or either shorting this stock. Since early this year Sharkreach CEO Steve Smith made their goals very clear. They are on a aggressive acquisition plan and are in the progress of building a solid company. During a interview in June he said a.o. the following:
- Revs in excess of 20 million by November
- Raising market awareness about company and more transparency into the companies intentions for the future.
We have seen over the last months that this is exactly what they are doing and working on. You have to remember that it is still a very young company. Sharkreach has created a great team of people with 15+ years experience in either Multimedia, entrepreneurship and/or financials. They are still building the company.
So back to your question: NO, I do not know anything EXACTLY, only that we can expect news updates this week on the LOI's.
I EXPECT after they finished these acquisitions, they will come up with a COMBINED financial update together with their acquisitions.
I believe the shareprice of this company will explode before the end of this year. And yes... I am LONG.
