as for the float, yes it is locked up, and here is something I just did, and will share, I was maxed out on shares, and could not add any more or I would go over the 10% owner ship, and would have to fill out papers with sec, and most important lose free trading rights and be considered a insider, so in life, we think of solutions, and I found one, I opened up two custodial accounts for my kids, and gave them shares 750K each, and can continue to give them shares as I continue to get close to the 10% owner ship rule, so birdys will be adding more shares of babl very soon, this works out better then I expected, and have shared it with friends, this allows us to pass shares off to our children with out paying any fees, or taxes, and most likely will be the way I give my kids all my money in the future, being all I own, is over 200 million of shares in mj sector, just a little friendly tip from birdys!
