I'm sure the date is immediately, and not, you know, a year from now or anything. "Hey thanks for the loan, now go ahead and sell all those warrants tge day after the cheque clears and ruin the stock price."

I'm sure there are business folks out there who are that stupid, but CANN officers don't appear to be among them.

Just because the minimum date on the warrants wasn't disclosed doesn't mean it's tomorrow.
