Then post what you think I missed - but I assure you I didn't miss anything - Kimmy owes TCA $1.3 million on October 5th and can't pay it.

Kimmy is just like Schadel - she can't operate a company profitably.

The TCA loan will go onto default and TCA will file a lawsuit and make it difficult for TSGL and LTNC to continue.
