Panpacific International..an independent spin out subsidiary in 2010..Ex ERBB co- founder Pete Jacobs heads PanP US Operations, ex-ERBB CEO Stephan Shearin now Head of Critical Thinking at PanP..PanP website under construction..little debt and share structure.PanPacific owns rights to Zazz machine, and unconfirmed if owns Phoenix warehouse building..PanP has had intentions of going public, never followed through.Financials indicate ERBB owns 5% or less PanP.

Only two potential assets ERBB has are Zazz vending and Phoenix warehouse, reportedly being renovated for mj grow operation that would be rented to licensed client and possible consulting fee revenues..Previous financials PanP controls Zazz, not clear about warehouse..but ERBB retains legal staff that can take care of paperwork..Why keep ERBB $30M debt, 9.75B A/S and another 20B needed to "cover" outstanding CD and .0005 share price when Insiders can start "fresh" with PanP and previous ERBB assets and ride upcoming Nov election mj mojo??
