The only thing to determine is if they suck because they are scam artists or just dumb.

There is far more evidence to suggest scam artists, but its hard to tell if if Jacob Thomas and the other non-palmdesert actors are in on it or a victim of stupidity as well.

Of course Palm Desert seems to be running the show and they are issuing themselves shares by the millions at rates fractions of current share price so its hard to believe they could be dumb and winning at the same time.

Look at Ramon Richard - his shares have done nothing but devalue since he acquired them.

Read this from shareholder newsletter:
"We then announced details regarding the third acquisition: On Comercio. We are particularly excited about this asset, as third-party analysis projects $42M in revenue within a couple of years. Applying standard valuation to these projections, and conservative expansion of the footprint, management expects this asset to reach a valuation in the $100s of millions, and potentially in excess of $1B."

42M in Revenue in a couple years? $1BIllion Really? Based on whose management expertise? Who will execute this growth? The market that On Comercio competes in is extremely competitive, that is so ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that they freely mention the names of the big dog companys they have supposedly hired but they only refer to them as a 3rd party in the shareholder newsletter? How come? Did they just hire Juan Valdez to do it?
