Third party auditors are third party for a reason, to verify independently. They were also sued by Maciora, which they won. They obviously checked all of their filings during the suit as a third party is not going to go down for a company that they have no interest in. These are not "MYEC" auditors, but auditors who audited MYEC, these are completely independent entities. Hence the purpose of the audit. Furthermore, the reason for dismissal and the auditors response is filed as well... All of this is very public information .
