How can it be a garbage lawsuit if MYEC lost? The judge awarded a $588,000 judgement against MYEC. The judge obviously did not think this was a garbage lawsuit.

The purpose of the hearing is only to determine if the company will be put into receivership so TCA can collect on the judgement.

This is a horrible place for any company.
