Not only the website, but the Facebook page, the 4 quarterly report and the annual reports for last year have not appeared for many months. The shares have be at "no bid" for most of this year. They have released ~38 employees, have debt up the wazoo, have talked about bankruptcy, and can't be contacted.

Other than that, it looks like a total winner!
