Stockholder, I think you are correct. It is very suspecious that several brokers don´t allow trades in PAIM.
I had a similar problem with E-trade who put a restriction on my shares bought on the 20th. of june. It took me 10 days to get them to lift the restriction and only after 15 calls, mails, complaints etc.

When free trading is allowed again we will move up IMO. It is too bad it gives the brokers some time to cover.
