The main problem with Maciora.. Is anytime he brings these bullshit lawsuits... The paper trail of fraud follows him like the link you just posted, various other suits that have just been thrown out like his attempt at PMB, and a hemorrhage of stock blogs that he writes on and owns to promote and disinform according To his role or lack thereof with the company. My guess is he approached Ed to rep Myec, Ed said no, ken is buttburt. No one takes him seriously and his agenda is clear. All of that said, when Ed does speak out about all of this (after UBA pr IMO) heads will roll with the concentrated effort to bring down a company, its BOD, employees, and pps. Attacking a company is one thing, causing material damage to shareholders is another, especially if it turns out Maciora's claims (like all his previous) are just bullshit. Time will tell as usual.
Regardless we all know UBA is happening, they will PR and rollout, and this will equal exponential growth for this company.
