Someone would post a sell at the Ask of say 400K shares at .0135. The MMs would set the Ask at .0134 @ 10k and accepted order after order and as they did, you could see the 400K drop and the volume go up, but the Ask would remain at .0134 until the Ask of 400K at .0135 was gone only to move up by several ticks from there.
In other words, they're willing to eat that .0001 difference just to keep the Bid/Ask moving upward...an indication that they want it to run just like last time...and last time, it was a seven day run.
RSI still at 54 so for many traders who watch the indicators, still grossly oversold. GLTA
