Here's a few interesting tidbits that Mr. Berman shared with me after discussing things with the Cowan attorneys.

1. The settlement conference produced a nominal settlement offer, nowhere near the $700K that Sethie told Mr. Berman that he had turned down. The Cowan attorney disagreed with Mr. Berman when the figure $250K came up. It was a lot less and even less daily because of the puppet web site and Johnny's demands.

2. A RICO suit is in the works against TAUG and Johnny.

3. Absolutely nothing is happening in the suit until the venue issue is decided.

4. Cowan believes there is major securities fraud on the part of TAUG BOD. I am guessing there is no such thing as little securities fraud.


By the way, this information can get out there when there is no confidentiality agreement in force. We can all thank Sethie for that. IMO Johnny and Sethie are going to be busy men.
