THERE ARE NO INDICATORS THAT ARE USEFUL IF THERE IS NO VOLUME.

USING THEIR EXAMPLE OF A POLITICAL POLL.

IF YOU TAKE A POLL FROM 4 people and 3 happen to be African-American can you assume that 75% of all African-Americans would support the poll results?

Of course not. Volume matters and not just absolute volume. The number of trades and traders matters.

If the volume is not there there are no indicators that can provide useful info.
