triple issue, significantly improved instruction latencies, OoO FPU, etc. probably a bigger leap from Silvermont than Silvermont was over the original Atom core.

Looks like a really good, powerful core. Could have been a good Kryo/A72 competitor if the power efficiency of the implementation of the core were better and it had arrived on time in mid-2015. The Atom core team seems to have really tried to deliver leadership performance/power here.
