I am just a trader, I have been trading penny stocks since 1999 and have seen just about every scam and con that can be pulled in these markets. I have seen enough to know when the SEC gets involved it is a big deal, regardless many thinking and saying it isnt.

I have traded this stock at least 3 times since early 2015 and like I said hoping for something good to allow another trade.

If they do get a settlement I think that would create enough momentum for another trade
