WELL...other than the upcoming PROXY REVERSE SPLIT VOTE to occur in about 16 days from now..that the BOD RECOMMENDS ALL SHAREHOLDERS VOTE "YES" for....can't think of a single other "catalyst"???? NONE...zero...zippo...drawing a total blank...oh..the 40% MISS ON TOP-LINE REVENUES for this most recent posted qtr...can probably toss that in the mix maybe...that's a pretty good "catalyst"...sorta...kinda I guess

I think this photo showing a "contraption" worn by the woman in the picture...it pretty much explains to me..any potential PPHM "catalysts" as they've occurred over...oh...about the past TWENTY FIVE YEARS or so....

The woman in the pic is of course a typical PPHM "common shareholder" on the hunt for any "catalysts"....they say a picture is worth a 1000 words....that pic tells a pretty good story IMO..
