Looks like Ruppert has a difficult time being truthful.
Ruppert filed a Affidavit of Damages today that states - his damages are:
$105,493.04 in principal plus $31,110.58 in interest.
Here is what is odd in the original complaint that hasn't been amended Ruppert states the notes were:
$8,000
$60,000
$12,493.04
For a total of $80,493.04 - only in a Ruppert fraudulent lawsuit can it magically increase by $25,000.
In his promissory notes he filed with the court:
$60,000 ($70,000) To Ruppert
$50,000 ($60,000) Kalisky Note sold to Pamela Ruppert
$8,000 ($10,000) Jason Ruppert (Paid by Pamela Ruppert)
$12,493.04 ($14,493.04) Jason Ruppert (but paid by Pamela Ruppert)
$100,000 (which he has withdrawn)
Pamela Ruppert has already filed a lawsuit and settled with NGCG on the kalisky Note.
Ruppert and his attorney are having some problems with basic math - I guess it didn't matter when Ross was settling these lawsuits in a week.
