Yes! Especially considering that short interest has been explained numerous times. It's really quite simple to learn and understand the difference between short volume and short interest.

Now the "patent" with no number is being claimed as a reason for GTRQ to continue.

How long ago did Sullivan file that? Or did he ever apply?

I suppose the fact that Sullivan filed a Form 15, and isn't answering the phone or emails isn't enough. Sullivan never obtained certification of the device, no doubt about that issue, but still not enough? The fact the company is listed as dark / defunct isn't sufficient either I guess, not to forget GTRQ is barely trading for sub-pennies that were falsely claimed would never happen?
