Expect about 92% of the subjects in the next trial who will be getting 200 mg of Prurisol twice per day to experience a 2-point IGA improvement in their psoriasis.

This is base on the graph on slide 11

35% at 200 mg/day versus 13.3 at 100 mg/day.

35%/13.2%=2.632

2.632 X 35%= 92.12% at 400 mg/day taken as 200 mg twice per day.
