Right, lots of litigation involving U.S. Stem Cell.
The lawsuit by the former directors is to place USRM in court appointed receivership because the company is insolvent and the former directors, who are also creditors, don't trust Miguel to manage the enterprise.
Very serious matter for any shareholder to consider. Could this result in a class action by existing and former shareholders? Just asking the question since the stock has lost 99% of its value, and all the shareholders that have lost money might want to seek remedies.
