Just a Bullish thought: With CTIX beefing up its executive suites, adding to its professional breadth in several key functional disciplines, my take is that management is optimistic on future prospects.

There will always be Bulls and Bears. Then there are the extremes. Mako's Seeking Alpha hit piece exposing the rabid Bears. Rebuffed by CTIX's legal successes. The extreme Bullish case, debunked.

Generally, the extreme Bulls and Bears will prove off mark. But, I am more on the side of the Bulls. Now, who would know best as to where the company is likely headed? Management. But, how to read management? Follow what they do; more so than, what they say.

Recent new hires to top executive and management positions hints strongly that management is Bullish, and not just taking Bullish.

Anyone who has followed CTIX knows that Leo historically has been a miser, a penny pincher. I have argued that he has been penny wise and dollar foolish. So what gives? Why the change in strategy? Why has Leo become a spend thrift? Timing. I'm guessing that he now realizes that CTIX is at a critical growth stage. Bullish. Optimistic.

No one knows the future precisely. But, management has a better idea of what the future holds than most. So, follow what management is doing, and not just saying.

I would also argue that the new hires are staking their reputations and careers on their decisions to join the CTIX team. Recent new top level hires would not likely be joining without belief in positive prospects at CTIX.

Just, a thought.
