i have hard time figuring what is the "bad news all around" ..
what i see is that bottoms are behind.. and the rise lay forward , shipping companies price naturally follows rates and bdi .. both of them bottomed ..

then some speculation adds to trend and launch price up ..

normal happening , the sector has been beaten badly , the turnaround "is all around" , and money is accumulatin in


can't see the new " bad news " here , company has cash , loans have been postponed till half 2017..xmas time transport starting..rates going up fast likely.. demand is on the rise ..

but
would be happy to buy a bit more next week ..or before it launches ..thanks
