Anyone with a Suretrader or IB account can short any penny stock they like. To alledge that it is the CEO is pure conjecture, and nothing more.
It certainly wouldn't be the first time this particular stock has been shorted. People short sticks, and those same people must cover their shorts.

All the while, the A/D line continues to climb, clearly indicating accumulation.
