It's very simple...if you're not happy and don't entrust your investment to management, sell your shares.

Nobody is holding your feet to the fire. This company, like many in Pink, is a start up and I'm giving them until Feb 15, 2017 to 'move the needle' upward. Management asked for 6 months to organize and get the company off the ground, and 2/15/2017 will be the time when they either have or have not done what they said they were going to do. No problem, there's a simple solution, sell the shares if you're not here for that duration. Hold 'em or fold 'em, but quit complaining!
