Not so! "What if" was a question, certainly not an assumption or expectation. I posted the article to show the unreasonable volatility behind a tiny interest rate hike. Author likes assets behind LADR and their profile.
Actually I expect the tiny rate hike to cause another dip and a divi in line with the past three... I am a buyer if the rate hike expected 4th Q takes LADR into oversold territory. And if some strange sort of yr end accounting produces a one-off like last yr, I won't chase it up into over-bought before ex.
I only hold 1k and would like the op to add....
My LADR position appreciated and combined with yield returned over 20% in 8 1/2 months if i cashed out now. But at least I should reinvest the $275 in October and hold... yes?
Lets find another LADR or MORL.
