I know it wasn't chron management. I also know in my own business I get so involved that I forget about everything .Maybe its not proper procedure but it happens and he did say there were loose ends and until he could make sure all things were perfect he couldn't proceed. That's honest not saying things we want to hear but saying what's really going on .We are fortunate to have that kind of transparency. You will not get that from any other management.
