It would have made a dynamite short after it had popped and the buying dried out, and it would be a great short if you knew how the judge would rule on Monday. If he rules against NAVB, this stock tanks into the .70's at a minimum and very quickly, too.

If the judge rules for NAVB I think we move upward quickly, perhaps up over 1.20.

Right now, since it could go either way, I think that's gambling and too great a risk on either side. Sometimes investors will hedge their bets with an option - either a call or put going the other way in cases like this.

I prefer to remain on the sidelines until I know which way it will go. I think one of the most important things about investing is preserving your bankroll and minimizing risk.

Too risky right now. But I will be watching on Monday for the news. I think the case starts at 1 pm.
